WeCommerce Holdings, which creates and invests in companies servicing Shopify’s retail platform, will list on the TSX Venture Exchange through a reverse takeover of Brachium Capital Corp. after closing a private placement offering for C$60 million, co-led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and TD Securities Inc., Bloomberg reports.
