The Monteverde and Associates law firm in separate press releases today announced investigations into a trio of pending SPAC deals:
Silver Spike Acquisition, relating to its proposed merger with WM Holding Company.
Vesper Healthcare Acquisition relating to its proposed merger with The HydraFacial Company.
InterPrivate Acquisition relating to its proposed merger with Aeva.
All the press releases contain identical language regarding the focus of the investigations into whether the SPACs “violated securities laws and/or breached their fiduciary duties.”
