Spring Valley Shares and Warrants May Now Trade Separately

Spring Valley Acquisition announced that, starting today, shareholders may choose to separately trade ordinary shares and warrants. Any units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq under “SVSVU,” and the separated shares and warrants are expected to trade on the Nasdaq under “SV” and “SVSVW,” respectively.

Spring Valley’s sponsor is an affiliate of Pearl, an investment firm that invests in the North American energy industry. Read more
