Revolution Acceleration Prices $250M IPO

Revolution Acceleration Acquisition priced 25 million units at $10 each to raise $250 million in an IPO.

The new SPAC is targeting companies in technology, government policy, and regulation. Revolution Acceleration is led by John Delaney, a former congressman and presidential candidate from Maryland. He dropped out of the presidential race in January.
