FinTech V Boosts IPO to $218M

FinTech Acquisition V registered an additional 345,000 units, raising its IPO to $218 million from the initial $215 million the SPAC registered in October. The company is targeting tech businesses that serve the financial services sector, including data processing, storage and transmission, databases and payment processing.
