Shift Technologies in a filing offered 0.25 shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, and $1 in cash, without interest for each public warrant tendered through midnight Dec. 23. The SPAC said 7,532,494 publicly traded warrants are eligible unde the tender offer.
