Breeze Closes $115M IPO, Including Full Exercise of Underwriter Over-Allotment Option

Breeze Holdings Acquisition announced the closing of its IPO of 11,500,000 units, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option, at a price to the public of $10 per unit. Units are trading on the Nasdaq under “BREZU”. The initial IPO registration was for $100 million.

Once the securities begin separate trading, the common stock, rights and warrants are expected to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbols “BREZ”, “BREZR” and “BREZW”, respectively. Read more.
