Avanti Acquisition announced that Class A common stock and warrants may be separately traded starting today. Units not separated will continue to trade on the NYSE under “AVAN.U,” and the Class A common stock and warrants that are separated will trade on the NYSE under “AVAN” and “AVAN WS,” respectively.
