The SPAC’s merger partner Nuvve, a green energy technology company announced a collaboration with Lion Electric , which makers all-electric heavy-duty vehicles in Québec. The companies plan to work together on launching vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology as a standard feature of their zero-emission school buses.
