Butterfly Network and Longview Acquisition announced today that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement. The enterprise value of the merger is $1.5 billion, with the combined company expected to have an estimated $584 million in cash after closing. The business combination is expected to close by the end of the first quarter in 2021, and the company will be listed on the NYSE under “BFLY.” Butterfly is a medical imaging company.
