Legacy Acquisition announced today the preliminary results of its tender offer to purchase up to all shares at a purchase price of $10.5040 per share in connection with the business combination with Onyx Enterprises.
Legacy said approximately 84 percent of the outstanding shares had been tendered and not withdrawn in the offer. Total consideration of $54.14 million will be paid to the tendering shareholders following the closing of the business combination. Read more.
