Kensington and QuantumScape today announced an exchange ratio of 4.02175014920 as of the anticipated date for closing their merger. The exchange ratio is higher than the ratio when both parties signed the business combination agreement. A Kensington shareholder vote on the deal is set for Nov. 25.
