InterPrivate Acquisition filed an investor presentation on its proposed business combination agreement with Aeva and WLLY Merger Sub. The deal would give Aeva a market valuation of about $2B. Stockholders of approximately 14 million shares of preferred and common stock have signed a support agreement in advance of a vote on the deal. Read more.
