Cerberus Telecom in a filing said underwriters to its IPO exercised the over-allotment option in part, and the closing of the issuance and sale of the additional units, resulting in total net proceeds of $9.2 million.
The net proceeds of the sale were added to the IPO and proceeds from the sale of Private Placement Units, with approximately $259 million in the SPAC’s the trust account. Read more.
