The leadership teams from PropTech and Porch, a software and services platform for the home services industry, said they will host a virtual investor day Dec. 1.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from new Porch team members and customers as well as gain insights into the company’s product roadmap. The proposed merger would give the combined companies an enterprise value of about $523 million, plus about $205 million in cash to fuel growth.
