Pine Island Again Lowers IPO Raise

Pine Island announced the pricing of its IPO of 20,000,000 units at $10 per unit. The units are expected to start trading on the NYSE under “PIPP.U” beginning today. The SPAC downsized the original $300 million registration to $250 million last week and cut it down to $200 million in its latest amended filing. Read more.
