Legacy shareholders approved the SPAC’s request to extend its merger deadline from Nov. 20 to Dec. 31. One reason for the delay, the SPAC said in an earlier filing when announcing the scheduled vote, is due to ongoing litigation brought by minority shareholders in Onyx Enterprises, the merger target.
