Vector Shares and Warrants Trade Separately

Vector announced shareholders may elect to separately trade shares and warrants starting today. Any units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq under “VACQU,” and the separated Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to trade under “VACQ” and “VACQW,” respectively. The San Francisco-based SPAC is targeting the tech sector.
