Healthcare Merger Corp. announced that shareholders today voted for the proposed merger with Specialists On Call. The enterprise value of the combined company is estimated at $720M. SOC is a provider of acute telemedicine solutions used primarily in hospitals. The deal closed Oct. 30. Shares of Class A common stock and warrants to purchase shares of Class A common stock of SOC Telemed are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Nov. 2 under the symbol “TLMD” and “TLMDW,” respectively.
