Gores Metropoulos, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMHI, GMHIU and GMHIW) announced a shareholders meeting for Dec. 1 on the proposed business combination with Luminar Technologies. If approved, the equity value of the deal is expected to be $3.4B at closing.
