Hong Kong-based Duddell Street Acquisition Corp. today announced the pricing of its IPO of 17,500,000 shares at a price of $10 per share. The units are expected to be listed for trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “DSACU” beginning today.
The SPAC said it intends to focus on global companies in telecom, media and technology, healthcare, fintech and consumer sectors with compelling Asian growth potential. Read more.
