Bull Horn Holdings’ amended S-1 covers the regstration fees for its securities, previously announced at 8,625,000 shares.
The company said it is pursuing a busninmess combination with the sports, entertainment and brands sectors “that have potential for brand and commercial growth with enterprise values between $300 million and $900 million.” Read more.
