Admiral Acquisition Ltd. priced 55 million units at $10 each after earlier marketing 50 million units, according to a term sheet for the listing,

Chairman Steven M. Wasserman is co-founder and managing partner of Alchemy Investment Management, an affiliate of the sponsor.

The SPAC founded by Martin E. Franklin and sponsored by his Mariposa Capital is selling units at $10 each on the London Stock Exchange.

Alchemy plans to target companies engaged in data analytics.

Golden Star’s focus is on businesses that have a connection to the Asian market.

TMT has not cited any specific sectors it may target, but will not do a deal with companies based in China, Hong Kong or Macau.

The SPAC’s focus is on US companies within the tech industry. Trailblazer initially registered in July to raise $67.5 million, downsizing the offering in January before today's float.

Oak Woods intends to target high-growth technology companies in the Asia-pacific region that are engaging in the public and private healthcare, medical services and technology-enabled healthcare services sectors.
