Dissolving InterPrivate IV InfraTech Partners Says Stock will Trade One Week Longer

After announcing it would dissolve, effective two days ago, InterPrivate IV InfraTech Partners today in a press release said shares will continue trading until April 24. The SPAC had said its sponsor chose to stop making make further contributions to the trust for another deadline extension, triggering the liauidation.

Redemptions are still expected to begin April 25, and the per-share amount is now estimated to be $10.11.

The SPAC raised $250 million in an IPO more than two years ago to concentrate on high growth businesses in the technology, media and telecom infrastructure space, with a focus on target companies with an enterprise value of at least $1 billion. Read more.
