Omega Alpha SPAC in an 8-K said it will wind up and redeem shares effective Dec. 28. The SPAC board said management will be unable to close a deal by deadline.
The per-share redemption price will be approximately $10.11. The balance of the trust as of Dec. 22 was approximately $139.63 million, including about $1.63 million in interest and dividend income.
