Tekkorp Digital Acquisition in a preliminary proxy plans to call a shareholder meeting for investors to vote on whether to extend the SPAC’s merger deadline from Oct. 26 to July 26, 2023.
No other business is proposed for the meeting, which has yet to be scheduled.
Tekkorp raised $150 million in a February 2021 IPO with plans to concentrate on the digital media, sports, entertainment, leisure and gaming industries. Read more.
