Abri SPAC I announced that it has terminated its merger agreement with blockchain tech company Apifiny Group by mutual agreement. Abri in a press release said it will will seek an alternative business combination.
The deal had a pro forma enterprise value of approximately $530 million. Announced in January, the transaction called for the contribution of up to $57 million of cash held in Abri’s trust account. Read more.
