Bowlero, an owner/operator of bowling centers and owner of the Professional Bowlers Association completed its business combination with Isos Acquisition following approval of the SPAC’s shareholders. Approximately 90% of the votes cast were in support of the deal.
Bowlero stock and warrants begin trading today on the NYSE under BOWL and BOWL WS.
