Accretion Acquisition Stock and Warrants May Trade Separately Starting Tomorrow

Accretion Acquisition stock, rights and warrants may be traded separately starting Dec. 1, the SPAC said.

Shares, rights and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under ENER, ENERR and ENERW, respectively. Units not separated will continue to trade under ENERU.

Accretion raised $180 million in an IPO last month. The SPAC intends to acquire a business involved in the energy value chain, including upstream, water management, gas and vapor capture, energy transition related systems, midstream, oil and gas-related software, commodity risk management or oil and gas services. Read more.
