Mana Capital Acquisition Prices $62M IPO

Mana Capital Acquisition priced its IPO of 6.2 million units at $10 each. Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under MAAQU. Each consists of one share, one-half of a warrant, and one right to receive one-seventh of a share.

The offering is expected to close No. 26.

Mana intends to focus its search on target businesses operating in North America, Europe and Asia in the healthcare, technology, green economy, and consumer products sectors.
