Compass Digital Acquisition Files for $200M IPO

Compass Digital Acquisition registered to offer 20 million units at $10 each. A unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant. 

The technology-focused SPAC is targeting software and services companies.

Compass Digital is led by Chairman and Ceo Abid Neemuchwala, former CEO of IT services firm Wipro.

Citigroup and J.P. Morgan are joint book-running managers. The underwriters have an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 3 million units.

The SPAC plans to apply for a listing on the Nasdaq under CDAQU. Read more.
