Super Group, the parent company of global online sports betting and gaming businesses, filed a Registration Statement on Form F-4 with the SEC outlining its proposed business combination with Sports Entertainment Acquisition.
Announced in April, the SPAC has agreed to combine with Super Group based on a $4.75 billion pre-money equity valuation. Assuming no redemptions by shareholders, the transaction will deliver approximately $450 million of cash. Read more.
