Insight Acquisition Prices $240M IPO

Insight Acquisition priced its IPO of 24 million units at $10 each.

Units will be listed on the NYSE and trade under INAQ.U beginning today. Each consists of one share and one-half of one redeemable warrant; whole warrants exercisable at $11.50.

When the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under INAQ and INAQ WS.

Insight Acquisition intends to focus on businesses in the FinTech or financial services industry with an enterprise value of approximately $750 million to $1.5 billion.

Cantor is sole book-running manager for the offering. Odeon is lead manager. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 3.6 million units to cover over-allotments, if any. Read more.
