Ein’s Kastle Systems in Talks with Simon SPAC: Report

Security services provider Kastle Systems is in talks to go public through a SPAC started by Simon Property Group, Bloomberg reports, citing a person with knowledge of the matter.

Kastle, backed by veteran SPAC investor Mark Ein’s Venturehouse Group, is discussing a business combination with Simon Property Group Acquisition Holdings, the person said, asking not to be identified discussing private information. A deal hasn’t been reached and the terms could change or talks could end without an agreement. Read more.
