Peridot Acquisition III Files for $300M IPO

Peridot Acquisition III registered to offer 30 million units for $10 each. A unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-fifth of one redeemable warrant; whole warrants exercisable at $11.50.

The new SPAC will target companies that focus on environmentally sound infrastructure, industrial applications and disruptive technologies that eliminate or mitigate GHG emissions and/or enhance resilience to climate change.

Peridot III is led by Chairman Tomas Ackerman, a co-founder and partner of Carnelian. Ackerman previously served as a director of Peridot I, which is in a pending merger with battery maker Li-Cycle.
