Former Bulgari Chief Launches $265M SPAC for Consumer Products Company: Report

Activist investor and former head of Italian jewellery brand Bulgari, Francesco Trapani, has launched a shell company to invest in a European consumer products company, Reuters reports.

VAM Investments SPAC is offering shares worth up to 225 million euros ($265 million), including an over-allotment option, and intends to list on Euronext Amsterdam on July 19, a bookrunner organising the deal said. Read more.
