Gores Guggenheim Adds $50M Over-Allotment to Hit $800M IPO

Gores Guggenheim said its underwriters partially exercised their option to purchase 5 million newly issued units to cover over-allotments, generating additional gross proceeds of $50 million. This lifted the SPAC’s raise to $800 million.

The SPAC’s potential targets may include companies in industrials, technology, telecommunications, media and entertainment, business services, healthcare, financial services and consumer products. Read more.
