Silverman Acquisition I Files for $250M IPO

Silverman Acquisition I registered with the SEC to raise $250 million through an offer of 25 million units, each consisting of one share of Class A common stock and one-third of one redeemable warrant; whole warrants exercisable at $11.50.

The SPAC is targeting the consumer and business services sectors, where significant technological disruption and innovation is affecting a fundamental shift in demand across industries. 

Silverman I is led by CEO and Director Henry R. Silverman, managing member of 54 Madison Partners and a managing member of Athos Capital Partners.

The SPAC said it has applied for a listing on the NYSE under SACQ.U. Read more.
