Forum Merger IV Prices $300M IPO

Forum Merger IV priced its IPO of 30 million units at $10 each.

Units begin trading on the Nasdaq today under FMIVU. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant, with whole warrants exercisable to purchase a share at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, stock and warrants are expected to list under FMIV and FMIVW, respectively.

The offering is expected to close March 22.

Forum Merger IV will search for companies with an aggregate enterprise value of approximately $500 million to $5 billion or more that are based in North America or Western Europe. Read more.
