American Acquisition Opportunity Prices $100M IPO

American Acquisition Opportunity priced its IPO of 10 million units at $10 per unit.

Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under AMAOU. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant; whole warrants exercisable at $11.50 for a share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under AMAO and AMAOW, respectively.

The SPAC intends to focus its search on land and resource holding companies, with the potential to create, support, and/or innovate for the new economy. Read more.
