Independence Holdings priced its IPO of 43.5 million units at $10 each — an upside of 3.5 million more units than anticipated.

Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under ACQRU. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-fifth of one warrant, with whole warrants exercisable for $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under ACQR and ACQRW, respectively.

The offering is expected to close March 11.
