ChargePoint and Switchback Energy Acquisition completed their business combination, following approval by Switchback stockholders Feb. 25. The NYSE symbols for the shares of common stock and the warrants of the combined company, renamed ChargePoint Holdings, bdegin trading today under CHPT and CHPT.WS respectively.
