Digital health company Sharecare today announced it has completed its acquisition of doc.ai, an enterprise artificial intelligence platform accelerating digital transformation in healthcare.
Sharecare has a definitive merger agreement with Falcon Capital Acquisition at an enterprise value of $3.9 billion, expectedd to close in the second quarter.
