Butterfly Network today completed its business combination with Longview Acquisition. The business combination was approved by Longview’s stockholders last week. Butterfly is a medical imaging company.
Butterfly Network Class A common stock and warrants begin trading today on the NYSE under BFLY and BFLY WS, respectively.
The enterprise value of the merger is $1.5 billion, with the combined company expected to have an estimated $584 million in cash as a result of the merger. Read more.
