Centricus Prices Upsized $300M IPO

Centricus Acquisition

Centricus Acquisition offered 5 million units more than initially planned at $10 each to raise $300 million in an IPO — up 20 percent from the initial filing to raise $250 million.

Based in London, the new SPAC plans to focus on acquiring and managing “a growth-oriented, market leading business,” citing management experience in a variety of sectors.

Centricus is led by Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio, chairman of Heritage Group, a diversified conglomerate with interests in the cruise industry, property and financial investments.

The SPAC’s units will trade on the Nasdaq under CENHU. Read more.
