Moringa Acquisition Files for $100M IPO

Israeli tech SPAC Moringa Acquisition registered with the SEC to raise $100 million through an offering of 10 million units to be priced at $10 each.

The new SPAC intends to target technology-based businesses that are domiciled in Israel, that carry out all or a substantial portion of their activities in Israel, or that have some other significant Israeli connection.

Moringa is led by Chairman and CEO Ilan Levin, who for 25 years has been an executive and venture capital/private equity investor in high-tech Israel-related ventures. From 2000 to 2018, Levin was a member of the board and executive committee of Objet Ltd., which ultimately merged with Stratasys.
