MCAP Acquisition Files for $250M IPO

MCAP Acquisition registered with the SEC to offer 25 million units at $10 each.

The SPAC said it will concentrate on software, technology-enabled and business services companies.

MCAP is led by Chairman and CEO Theodore Koenig, who has been chairman of the board and CEO of Monroe Capital Corporation since its formation in February 2011.

The SPAC intends to list on the Nasdaq under MACQU. Read more.
