Bridgetown 2 Completes $299M IPO

Bridgetown 2 Holdings closed its IPO of 29.9 million shares, including the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase up to an additional 3.9 million shares. The offering was priced at $10 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of $299 million.

Bridgetown 2 intends to focus on a target with operations or prospective operations in the technology, financial services, or media sectors in Southeast Asia.

The SPAC is led by CEO and CFO Daniel Wong, and Chairman Matt Danzeisen.
