Subversive Capital Acquisition today announced the upsize of its private placement of subscription receipts and non-voting shares to $63 million.
The non-brokered private placement is an upsize of more than 70 percent from the $36.5 million announced previously.
Under the proposed transaction the cannabis SPAC will acquire all of the equity of CMG Partners, (Caliva) and Left Coast Ventures to form TPCO Holding. The SPAC also has agreements with entrepreneur and MONOGRAM founder Shawn “JAY-Z” Carter, and entertainment company Roc Nation. Read more.
