Gores Metropoulos in a press release today “reminds stockholders to vote in favor of the approval of the company’s proposed business combination with Luminar Technologies” during the Dec. 1 stockholders meeting. The proposed merger was announced in October. Earlier this month, the SPAc filed an investor presentation on the deal.
